Description

Machine for slicing salami, cheese, etc. Structure in light anodized aluminum alloy (shell casting) - fixed ring for blade protection - removable blade - sail adjustment knob with graduated scale - fixed sharpener with pair of sanders for sharpening the blade. Flat-sail block for cart removal.
